Built around the learner
Every learner gets their own account and dashboard, so progress, scores and qualification status are always visible, to them and to the site owner who enrolled them.
Modules are short enough to finish between sessions, and every paid seat stays available until you allocate it.
Short, manageable lessons build knowledge without pulling operators away from clients or the working day for long periods, and each module picks up exactly where the learner left off last time, on any device.
A quiz at the end of every module reinforces the key operating and safety principles and gives the learner and site owner a clear result, so any gaps are found and fixed in training rather than in front of a client.
Completion, scores, achievements and qualification status sit on each learner's own dashboard, and can be picked up again on any device, whether a phone between client sessions or a laptop at home in the evening.
Every enrolled learner has a separate login, account, dashboard and permanent training record, which gives site owners a documented history of who has been trained on what, when and to which Academy qualification level.
Stars, trophies and the Bronze to Elite qualification levels recognise each learner's progress, while keeping the focus firmly on practical competence at the chamber rather than on collecting the points themselves.
Paid learner seats can be allocated now or later and never expire, so a growing site can buy for the team it plans to have next year and train each person when they are actually ready to start their MedHBOT operator training.

Site owners see purchased, allocated and available seats at a glance on their own dashboard. Allocate a seat when a new staff member is ready, and it becomes a permanent part of your site's training record.

The Academy is fully online. Modules, knowledge checks and assessments run in your browser or on your phone, so learners anywhere can finish it around a working day. Hands-on operator training is also provided on site with every chamber Solid O2 installs, so new chamber owners start with both.
Yes. The Academy is built for local and global operators. Checkout runs in South African rand, and the course page shows a live US dollar and euro estimate before you pay, so you know the cost in your own currency. Your bank or card provider converts the final amount at its own exchange rate.
Home Essentials covers Modules 0 to 5 for private chamber owners and their families. The Professional pathway adds Modules 6 to 10, from session management through to emergency response, and leads to Professional Operator certification for anyone running sessions for clients.
Every enrolled learner gets their own account, dashboard, assessments and a permanent training record. Professional learners receive a certificate on successful completion; the Home pathway is for private use and does not certify operators to run MedHBOT sessions for paying clients.
Paid seats never expire, so you can allocate them now or when new staff join. Once a seat is allocated it belongs permanently to that learner and stays on your site's training record, even if they later move on. Buy extra seats at any time as your team grows, and allocate them from the same site dashboard.
Selected initial courses may be free for qualifying sites that bought eligible chambers directly from Solid O2, under the promotional terms at the time. Tell us in the form where and when you bought your chamber, and we will confirm in our reply exactly what your site qualifies for before you enrol anyone.
Not yet. Professional red light therapy training is in development for a future Academy release, alongside other professional courses. Release dates are announced only once each course is ready to take learners. Mention your interest in the form and we will tell you as soon as it opens for enrolment.
