MedHBOT solutions
Every format ships with its concentrator, compressor, filtration and training.
1.3 – 1.5 ATASausage-style, lazyboy and wheelchair-accessible options. The usual first chamber for home users and for growing practices.
1.5 – 2.0 ATAHigher-pressure treatment in a premium single-user format for practices that treat daily and want a chamber clients notice.
1.5 – 2.0 ATATwo-seater and four-seater room chambers for practices that need throughput and for families who want to treat together.
More than a chamber
A chamber on its own is not a treatment solution. Every Solid O2 system is specified, installed and supported by one team as a single environment, using components chosen for daily use in South African conditions.
The six parts on the right are the difference between a chamber that runs every day for a decade and one that becomes a service call. All six are included in every price we quote, for fabric and solid chambers alike.
It is also why we do not sell chambers on their own. Without the right oxygen concentrator, cooling and a trained operator, a chamber is a liability for the owner and a real risk for the person inside it. Buy the whole environment instead, and the chamber looks after itself.
Every part is specified for your site before we quote, and every part is covered by the same warranty and the same local team. If something needs attention, one call reaches the same people who installed and commissioned it.
Buyer's guideEvery format compared: dimensions, pressure options and what is included.
Download the GuideCustom high-flow concentrators deliver 10 to 15 litres per minute at 93 to 96 percent purity through a mask, with Swedish-tech filtration fitted to every unit. There are no cylinders to refill and no gas supplier to chase.
Fabric chambers use seamless welds of 40 millimetres or more with no glues, double-sided waterproof TPU and non-stretch nylon covers. Solid chambers are steel and polycarbonate, with a ten-year warranty on the body.
German-tech liquid-filled pressure gauges, chosen because they tolerate the mild vibration a running chamber produces. Electronics and gauges carry a four-year warranty, with dual controls inside and outside the chamber.
1500-watt oil-free compressors with optimised cooling and industrial-grade air filtration, so the chamber reaches working pressure quickly, holds it without strain and runs cool through a full day of back‑to‑back sessions.
We assess the site, coordinate delivery, set up and commission the chamber, then confirm it is operating to specification before we leave. Our own team does this anywhere in South Africa, and it is included in the price.
Documented training in equipment checks, safe compression and decompression, client preparation, monitoring and emergency procedures, followed by scheduled servicing, locally held parts and onsite repairs.

Know what you really need
A chamber is only as safe and useful as the room, oxygen supply and operator around it. Two practices buying the same fabric chamber can need very different concentrators, cooling and training, which is why the price on this page is a range and the price in your inbox is exact.

Frequently asked
The questions we hear most from first-time buyers. If yours is not here, ask it in the form below and we will answer it in your reply.
Complete fabric systems are typically R225 000 to R255 000, with entry-level and specialised options from R200 000 to R285 000. Solid steel chambers run from R849 000 to R1.6 million by pressure and capacity. Every quoted price includes the concentrator, delivery, installation and operator training.
The chamber, the medical-grade oxygen concentrator, compressor, filtration and gauges, delivery, on-site installation and commissioning, and operator training. The only common extras are optional accessories and any building work your site needs, and we tell you about both before you order anything.
Yes. Our own team delivers, installs and commissions chambers throughout South Africa, and the same team handles scheduled servicing, replacement parts and onsite repairs afterwards. Nothing is shipped overseas for repair and there is no third-party agent between you and the people who built the system.
Four years on all electronics and pressure gauges, and ten years on the body of every solid steel chamber. Parts are held locally and repairs are done on site by our own technicians, so a warranty claim is a phone call and a visit rather than a shipping exercise with weeks of chamber downtime in between.
Training happens on site on installation day and is fully documented: equipment checks, safe compression and decompression, client preparation, monitoring, emergency procedures and daily operating requirements. Operators can then go further through the Solid O2 Academy's MedHBOT certification course.
Fabric chambers run at 1.3 to 1.5 ATA, which suits most home and wellness use. Solid steel chambers go up to 2.0 ATA for practices that need it. We recommend pressure based on how the chamber will be used rather than defaulting to the highest number, and we explain why in your quote.
Yes. Payment plans are arranged once your configuration and price are confirmed, so the terms match the actual system rather than an estimate. Mention it in the form and we will include the payment options in your reply, along with the deposit and lead-time details that go with each option.
A little more detail here means a more exact quote. Skip anything you are not sure about and we will ask you when we reply.
