Welcome to Solid O2. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, customers, purchasers, site owners, affiliates, Solid O2 Connect members, rewards members, and any person or business using this website, purchasing products or services from Solid O2, participating in our network, or engaging with our online systems.

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing products or services, booking treatments, registering for rewards, using a coupon, participating in the Solid O2 Connect Program, or interacting with any Solid O2 platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website, purchase from Solid O2, register for the rewards program, or participate in any Solid O2 service or network.

2. Definitions

Solid O2, we, us, or our refers to Solid O2 Pty Ltd and any related online platforms, services, products, marketing systems, rewards systems, and support services operated by Solid O2.

Customer / End User refers to any person or business purchasing products, treatments, services, consultations, rewards-linked offers, or any other item through Solid O2 or any Solid O2-related platform.

Client / Site / Site Owner / Connect Member refers to any person, company, branch, treatment site, affiliate, reseller, partner, or operator participating in the Solid O2 Connect Program or using Solid O2 products, branding, online systems, booking systems, marketing support, or business support services.

Solid O2 Connect Program refers to Solid O2’s business support and network program, which may include online listings, marketing support, booking systems, client referrals, WhatsApp support groups, affiliate/rewards participation, operational support, product information, training assistance, and other free or paid services offered by Solid O2 from time to time.

Products include but are not limited to hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy devices, PEMF products, oxygen equipment, accessories, consumables, DNA kits, supplements, online consultations, and any physical or digital items sold through the Solid O2 website.

Rewards / Affiliate Program refers to any coupon, commission, referral, reward, points, or multi-level affiliate system operated through the Solid O2 website or third-party plugins/software used by Solid O2.


3. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You may not use this website to misrepresent information, abuse coupon systems, interfere with website functionality, copy protected content, misuse Solid O2 branding, or engage in conduct that may damage Solid O2, its network, its customers, or its partners.

Solid O2 reserves the right to update, remove, suspend, restrict, or change any part of the website, product listings, prices, descriptions, services, rewards, coupons, commissions, or online systems at any time without prior notice.


4. Product Information, Images and Specifications

Solid O2 takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, and related information are accurate. However, product images, examples, layouts, packaging, colours, accessories, design details, and displayed specifications may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.

Where a quote, invoice, product page, brochure, image, email, or any other communication contains an obvious error, omission, outdated specification, or inconsistency, Solid O2 reserves the right to correct the error and communicate the correction to the customer.

Product specifications, included items, warranties, training, support, delivery options, and additional services will be based on the official quotation, invoice, product listing, or written agreement applicable at the time of purchase.


5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Solid O2 reserves the right to change pricing, product bundles, rewards, discounts, coupons, promotional offers, shipping fees, delivery options, and availability at any time.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by Solid O2 or its authorised payment provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Solid O2 may refuse, cancel, place on hold, or request additional verification for any order where fraud risk, payment issues, stock issues, pricing errors, incorrect shipping calculations, courier restrictions, or other reasonable concerns arise.

Where products are sold as bundles, kits, or special offers, Solid O2 reserves the right to structure the order as a bundle, variation, kit, or individual product combination for operational, stock, courier, warranty, or accounting purposes.


6. Delivery, Courier and Collection Terms

Solid O2 may use third-party courier companies, freight companies, installers, delivery contractors, or logistics partners to deliver products. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier capacity, public holidays, stock availability, address accuracy, payment clearance, weather, road conditions, courier delays, or other factors outside Solid O2’s control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, access instructions, and any special delivery requirements before dispatch.

Where courier delivery is available, shipping fees may be calculated automatically by the website or manually confirmed by Solid O2. For high-value, fragile, heavy, oversized, or specialist equipment, Solid O2 may require specialist delivery, collection, installation arrangements, or manual shipping confirmation.

Solid O2 reserves the right to change a shipping method, request additional delivery payment, refund an incorrect shipping fee, prohibit courier delivery, or require specialist delivery where the order value, product type, size, fragility, insurance requirements, destination, or courier limitations make standard courier unsuitable.

6.1 Free Collection

Where “Free Collection from Solid O2” or similar is selected, collection is by appointment only from Solid O2’s confirmed collection point. The customer must wait for written confirmation before collecting. Solid O2 is not responsible for failed collection attempts where the customer arrives without confirmation.

6.2 Courier Damage, Loss and Inspection

All customers must inspect goods immediately on delivery or collection.

If packaging appears damaged, opened, crushed, wet, torn, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, the customer must photograph the packaging before opening and must report the issue to Solid O2 as soon as reasonably possible.

Courier damage claims may require photographs, videos, original packaging, waybill information, delivery notes, and immediate written notification. Failure to retain packaging or report damage timeously may limit Solid O2’s ability to assist with courier claims.

Once goods have been delivered, signed for, collected, accepted, or received at the nominated address, the risk of loss, theft, damage, misuse, or unauthorised handling passes to the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Solid O2 will reasonably assist customers with courier-related damage or loss claims where possible, but Solid O2 is not liable for damage, delays, loss, theft, failed delivery, or handling errors caused by third-party courier companies, freight providers, installers, customer-provided delivery addresses, or persons receiving goods on behalf of the customer.

Where courier insurance is available, courier insurance limits, exclusions, declared value limits, claim processes, and timeframes are subject to the courier or logistics provider’s own terms. Solid O2 cannot guarantee successful courier insurance claims.


7. Installation, Setup, Training and Free Services

Solid O2 may, at its discretion, provide additional free services such as delivery assistance, setup, installation guidance, operational training, treatment training, marketing support, listing support, booking assistance, WhatsApp group access, social media support, online systems, product guidance, lifetime support, or other business support services.

Any free service provided by Solid O2 is provided as a discretionary value-added service and does not create an unlimited legal obligation, permanent entitlement, or guaranteed ongoing service unless expressly agreed in writing.

Solid O2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or revoke any free service, support service, online listing, marketing benefit, booking system access, affiliate benefit, reward benefit, training benefit, social media benefit, WhatsApp group access, or Solid O2 Connect benefit where Solid O2 reasonably believes it is necessary for operational, reputational, legal, commercial, safety, compliance, brand protection, or network integrity reasons.

Where installation, setup, or training is required, the customer must ensure that the premises are accessible, safe, suitable, and ready for installation. Delays caused by site access issues, electrical issues, unsafe conditions, incomplete preparation, incorrect information, or customer unavailability may result in additional costs.

Only trained and authorised persons should operate Solid O2 equipment. The customer or site owner remains responsible for ensuring that staff, operators, users, and end users follow all safety, operational, product, and treatment guidelines provided by Solid O2.


8. Warranty and Product Support

Product warranties vary depending on the product, supplier, manufacturer, model, component, usage type, and warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, serial numbers, photographs, videos, troubleshooting steps, maintenance history, inspection, return of the product, or other reasonable supporting information.

Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, incorrect installation by unauthorised persons, unauthorised modifications, physical damage, courier damage after delivery acceptance, water damage, power surges, lack of maintenance, incorrect operation, wear and tear, consumables, cosmetic damage, customer abuse, or use outside recommended guidelines.

Solid O2 may repair, replace, refund, assist with supplier claims, provide parts, or offer another reasonable remedy depending on the product, warranty terms, nature of the issue, and applicable law.

No warranty applies where products are modified, opened, repaired, altered, or used outside operational guidelines without Solid O2’s written approval.


9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations for Physical Products

Return and refund requests for physical products must be submitted in writing to info@solido2.co.za.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase, unless otherwise agreed by Solid O2 or required by law.

Solid O2 may refuse a return, reduce a refund, or charge reasonable costs where goods are used, damaged, incomplete, missing packaging, missing parts, returned late, custom ordered, specially imported, hygiene-sensitive, consumable, or unsuitable for resale.

Courier, delivery, collection, installation, setup, training, transaction, payment gateway, inspection, handling, and administrative costs may be deducted from refunds where permitted by law.

Consumables, hygiene-related items, opened medical or wellness accessories, personalised orders, special-order goods, and products used in a treatment or clinical environment may not be returnable unless defective or required by law.

Where a product is defective, Solid O2 must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.


10. Treatments, Bookings and Treatment Pack Terms

All purchases of Solid O2 treatments or treatment packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be charged in full.

In the event of cancellation, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply. Solid O2 may apply a non-refundable deposit, transaction fee, booking fee, administrative fee, or cancellation fee depending on the nature of the purchase and the costs already incurred.

Treatment pack refunds are not calculated on a simple pro-rata basis. Where treatments in a discounted pack have already been used, the used treatments may be deducted at the normal single treatment rate before calculating any refund.

Example: If a customer purchases a discounted treatment pack and uses one or more sessions, the value of the used sessions may be deducted at the normal single-session price, together with any applicable non-refundable deposit, transaction fee, cancellation fee, or administration cost.

Where a customer pays a Solid O2 site, franchisee, partner, or treatment location directly, that site or location is responsible for refunds according to these Terms & Conditions. Solid O2 may assist with disputes where possible, but Solid O2 is not automatically liable for refunds on payments made directly to third-party sites or independent operators.


11. Medical, Wellness and Treatment Disclaimer

Solid O2 provides wellness, recovery, lifestyle, oxygen therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, supplement, DNA-related, and related health-focused products and services. Information on this website is provided for general educational and commercial purposes and should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or a cure for any condition.

Customers must consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using any product, treatment, supplement, chamber, red light therapy device, PEMF device, oxygen equipment, or wellness service, especially if they are pregnant, have a medical condition, use medication, have implanted devices, suffer from seizures, heart conditions, cancer, oxygen sensitivity, claustrophobia, respiratory conditions, or any other relevant risk factor.

Results may vary between individuals. Solid O2 does not guarantee specific medical, therapeutic, financial, business, performance, or recovery outcomes.


12. Solid O2 Rewards, Coupons and Affiliate Program

The Solid O2 Rewards and Affiliate Program allows approved users, customers, sites, affiliates, partners, and participants to access discounts, coupons, referral links, commissions, rewards, points, or other benefits as determined by Solid O2 from time to time.

Participation in the Rewards or Affiliate Program does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, shareholder, ownership, or representative status unless agreed in writing.

Solid O2 may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate any rewards account, coupon, affiliate account, referral link, commission, payout, bonus, discount, or network benefit where Solid O2 reasonably believes there is abuse, fraud, self-referral abuse, coupon misuse, brand misuse, misleading marketing, conflict of interest, customer complaints, reputational risk, breach of these terms, or conduct not aligned with Solid O2’s values.

Coupons, rewards, commissions, bonuses, points, and referral benefits are not guaranteed and may be changed, paused, expired, reversed, withheld, reduced, or cancelled at Solid O2’s discretion where reasonably necessary.

Solid O2 may withhold commissions, rewards, or payouts where an order is cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed, fraudulent, reversed, charged back, incorrectly attributed, duplicated, self-referred, or in breach of these terms.

Rewards and affiliate links must not be used for spam, misleading advertising, false medical claims, unlawful promotions, unauthorised paid advertising, brand impersonation, domain squatting, competitor misrepresentation, or any conduct that may harm Solid O2’s reputation.

Solid O2 may require minimum payout thresholds. Where accumulated rewards, commissions, or bonuses do not exceed the applicable minimum threshold within the relevant period, Solid O2 may hold, close, reverse, or administratively clear small balances in line with its operational policies.

Unless otherwise stated, commissions and rewards are only payable once the relevant order has been paid, confirmed, and is no longer subject to refund, cancellation, dispute, reversal, or chargeback.

Solid O2 reserves the right to correct referral tracking errors, coupon attribution errors, commission calculations, duplicate rewards, and payout mistakes.


13. Solid O2 Connect Program and Site Owner Terms

The Solid O2 Connect Program is a free or value-added business support system designed to assist approved Solid O2 sites, chamber owners, affiliates, treatment locations, and business partners.

The program may include online listings, organic marketing support, paid marketing support, booking system support, WhatsApp group access, treatment information, price guidance, training support, operational guidance, referral opportunities, rewards/affiliate tools, customer leads, and other support services.

Solid O2 reserves the right to add, remove, change, limit, suspend, or revoke any Solid O2 Connect service, free service, marketing service, online listing, booking service, reward service, or support service at any time.

Participation in Solid O2 Connect requires sites to maintain professional conduct, safe operation, brand synergy, customer service standards, accurate communication, approved treatment protocols, approved marketing language, and proper equipment operation.

Only trained staff may operate Solid O2 equipment or treat members of the public using Solid O2-related systems or branding.

Solid O2 may remove a site, partner, affiliate, or client from the Solid O2 Connect Program where Solid O2 reasonably believes the person or business is acting against the interests of the public, customers, Solid O2, the Solid O2 brand, the network, safety standards, or other network members.

If a site, client, or partner is removed from the program or cancels participation, Solid O2 may require removal of Solid O2 branding, signage, artwork, content, slogans, social media references, website listings, online images, marketing material, and any representation suggesting ongoing association with Solid O2.

Cancellation or removal from the Solid O2 Connect Program does not cancel outstanding payment obligations, product agreements, warranty obligations, confidentiality obligations, brand usage restrictions, or any terms that should reasonably survive termination.


14. Price Guide and Network Pricing

Solid O2 may provide a Price Guide to support consistency across treatment sites and network members. The Price Guide is intended to promote synergy, brand consistency, and customer confidence.

Sites participating in Solid O2 Connect may be required to follow approved pricing guidelines unless otherwise agreed in writing or where bundled with independent services or products supplied by that site.

Solid O2 may issue online discounts, coupons, promotional offers, vouchers, campaign pricing, or special deals that differ from the standard Price Guide where Solid O2 considers it beneficial for network growth, marketing campaigns, online sales, customer acquisition, or business development.


15. Conflict of Interest, Brand Protection and Competitor Products

Solid O2 invests significant time, money, content, systems, training, marketing, branding, and support into its sites, partners, customers, and network. Any conduct that creates a conflict of interest, damages the brand, misuses Solid O2 intellectual property, diverts customers unfairly, misrepresents competitor products, or undermines network trust may result in removal from Solid O2 programs and revocation of benefits.

Where a client, site, affiliate, or partner purchases, promotes, operates, or distributes competing products in a way that creates confusion, damages Solid O2, uses Solid O2-generated goodwill, or conflicts with the purpose of the Solid O2 network, Solid O2 reserves the right to remove that person or business from listings, programs, groups, marketing systems, rewards systems, and other free services.


16. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

All Solid O2 names, logos, images, content, layouts, product descriptions, website content, systems, slogans, training material, media, product pages, graphics, videos, photos, documents, marketing material, and related intellectual property remain the property of Solid O2 or its licensors.

No person may copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, reuse, republish, sell, imitate, or use Solid O2 intellectual property without written permission.

Approved sites and partners may only use Solid O2 branding, images, content, and marketing material in the manner authorised by Solid O2. Solid O2 may withdraw brand usage permission at any time where necessary to protect the brand.


17. Reviews, Testimonials and User Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, feedback, comments, social media content, or other user-generated content to Solid O2, you grant Solid O2 permission to use, publish, edit, display, and share such content for marketing, educational, website, social media, and business purposes, unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.

Solid O2 may remove or decline to publish any content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, inappropriate, medically unsafe, or damaging to the brand.


18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid O2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, financial, reputational, operational, medical, courier-related, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website, products, services, delivery systems, rewards systems, affiliate systems, treatment bookings, third-party services, or Solid O2 Connect participation.

Solid O2 is not liable for delays, failures, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers, installers, payment providers, website plugins, hosting providers, suppliers, manufacturers, social media platforms, email providers, booking systems, affiliate plugins, or external service providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by South African law.


19. Privacy Policy

Solid O2 collects and processes personal information required to operate this website, process orders, deliver products, provide services, manage bookings, administer rewards, communicate with customers, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Personal information may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, payment-related information, order information, account information, rewards/affiliate information, booking information, and website usage information.

Solid O2 may share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers such as payment processors, courier companies, booking systems, affiliate/rewards systems, email providers, website service providers, support tools, and professional advisers where required to provide services or operate the business.

Solid O2 does not sell personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no online system, email system, payment system, courier system, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@solido2.co.za, subject to legal, accounting, operational, fraud-prevention, and business record requirements.

Solid O2’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.


20. Changes to These Terms

Solid O2 may update, amend, replace, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect when posted on this website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the website, products, services, rewards system, affiliate system, Solid O2 Connect Program, or any Solid O2 platform after changes are posted means that you accept the updated terms.


21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any dispute must first be raised with Solid O2 in writing at info@solido2.co.za so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter reasonably and in good faith.
