His Story
Moemedi Mohlabane
At the age of 9 years, he doesn’t talk and gets very frustrated since he can’t express himself. It pains me how he would cry and as his mother, I would try to quiet him in public places only to find that he had wanted to use the bathroom.
As is a norm with autism patients, he has to be trained to do everything, if he is uncomfortable about something he can take his pants off in public, licks slimy looking things he gets from the floor, eats flowers and green plants. Schools are very scarce as he has tantrums and they are worried about the other kids.

We have reviewed the medical diagnosis from Prof Lorna Jacklin and can confirm the validity of his condition (“Autism”).
