You do not need to own a chamber to complete Solid O2 Academy training. Home User Essential is for safe private home operation. Professional packages provide the full 11-module MedHBOT Operator pathway for individuals, clinics, practices and treatment teams.

For Home Users, Individuals and Organisations

An Academy enrolment licence is a training-enrolment entitlement. A Home User Essential purchaser does not require an Amelia employee profile or location. Professional site packages continue to use the established site and staff relationship.

Operator qualification belongs to the individual learner and remains their qualification while current, even if they later change employer or location. Sharing an Academy enrolment licence does not mean that learners share a qualification.

Solid O2 Chamber Customer Benefit

Solid O2 chamber purchases include Academy enrolment at no additional charge under the applicable purchase package. This covers the initial operator-training allocation stated in that chamber purchase package. Annual renewal training remains separate unless explicitly stated.

Learner Allocation Terms

Learner allocations are based on distinct active learners assigned under the Academy licence. Once a learner has been registered, that enrolment is considered used and does not automatically become available again if the learner leaves the organisation or changes employment. The learner's training and qualification history remains their individual record.

Additional Professional operator seats are available through the Additional MedHBOT Operator Enrolment product at the public price of R3,000 per seat. Existing Solid O2 or legacy members who meet the current eligibility rules retain the protected R450 rate. Self-service capacity is limited to 10 seats.
