Section 9 — Solid O2 Connect Acknowledgements

Each acknowledgement is required and recorded separately.

Acknowledgement 1 — Marketing Support*

I acknowledge that Solid O2 may promote and advertise our participating site on our behalf at no additional marketing cost to ourselves or our company as part of the Solid O2 Connect network.

Acknowledgement 2 — 20% Online Deposit*

I acknowledge and agree that, for customers generated through Solid O2 marketing and booking channels, Solid O2 may collect a 20% deposit from the customer when the booking/purchase is made.

Acknowledgement 3 — Remaining Balance*

I acknowledge that the remaining balance due from the customer is payable to our site when the customer attends, and that collection of this remaining balance is our responsibility.

Acknowledgement 4 — Network Pricing*

I agree to follow the Solid O2 network pricing guidelines so participating sites do not unnecessarily compete against one another on price and the network can grow together while supporting professional industry standards.
