Solid O2 Redline PEMF Mat

The Solid O2 Redline PEMF Mat is a full-body wellness mat designed for home, clinic, recovery-room and general wellness use. It combines PEMF frequency programs, far infrared heating, red photon light therapy and a natural crystal layer in one system.

PEMF Frequency Programs

The Redline PEMF Mat includes convenient preset programs, making it easy to select a session according to your preferred wellness routine. The most commonly used programs are P2 to P5, as these run for 20 minutes and align well with standard Redline red light therapy session times.

• P2 – Rapid Energy Replenish: 20-minute program using Schumann frequency together with Alpha and Beta wave ranges.
• P3 – Bedtime Relaxation: 20-minute program using Alpha, Theta and Delta wave ranges, commonly selected for evening relaxation routines.
• P4 – Morning Program: 20-minute program moving from Delta toward Alpha wave ranges, commonly selected for morning use.
• P5 – Energy & Excitation: 20-minute program using Beta and Gamma wave ranges together with Schumann frequency.

Extended PEMF Programs

• P1: 7-hour 20-minute loop using Schumann frequency intervals.

Far Infrared Heating

Natural Seven-Colour Crystal Layer

The Redline PEMF Mat includes seven natural crystals: Red Agate, Yellow Agate, Golden Silk Jade, Lapis Lazuli, Original Colour Agate, Amethyst and Green Aventurine.

Recommended Use

For general daily use, many users start with one of the 20-minute programs such as P2, P3, P4 or P5. These programs are convenient to combine with a 20-minute Redline red light therapy session.

Start at a comfortable heat level and increase gradually according to personal preference. Always remain comfortable during use and stop the session if you feel unwell.
